Delete Account

Before you proceed, please ensure the following:

Check Your Balances: Confirm that all balances in your wallet have been withdrawn or transferred out. This includes checking for any pending transactions or unpaid rewards.

Irreversible Action: Be aware that deleting your account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your wallet, transaction history, and any remaining balances.

If you have taken care of the above and understand the consequences, you can proceed to delete your account. If you are unsure or need further assistance, please contact support before proceeding.

1. To delete your 1TPlus account, click on “Security Center” in Me page.

2. Click on “Delete Account”.

1. Tick to confirm that all wallet balances have been withdrawn or transferred out and you understand that the deletion of account is irreversible.

2. Click on “Delete Account Now” to proceed with account deletion.

1. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your email to confirm account deletion.
