Are my funds safe with 1TPlus?
You DO NOT put your funds in 1TPlus. Your funds are in your exchange account and 1TPlus does not have the permission nor access to withdraw your funds (exchange wallet). Your funds and all trade profits made by using 1TPlus will always stay in your exchange account.
Which exchange can I bind with 1TPlus?
Currently, users can bind with Binance. We are constantly working to expand this list. Stay tune!
How do I bind my exchange account?
Login to your exchange account and create a new API key to bind with 1TPlus. Enter the newly generated API key and Secret Key in 1TPlus. Complete the necessary security verification and voilà - you are ready to start! You may follow this guide to bind your exchange API.
Can I change my risk preference?
The 3 preset risk preferences are “Conservative”, “Balanced” and “Aggressive”. Yes, you can change your risk preference at any time.
How can I withdraw my trading profit and subscription rewards?
You can withdraw your trading profit/reward directly from your exchange. Remember your investment amount and trading profit/reward is always in your exchange and not with 1TPlus.
Subscription rewards are paid out in real time and can be withdrawn anytime from the 1TPlus app.
Why is my account locked?
Your account will be locked if:
(i). You have entered an incorrect password 5 times in a day. You will have to contact support@1t.plus to unlock your account.
(ii). BOT error of more than 3 times. Likewise, you will have to contact support@1t.plus to unlock your account.
What if I am unable to receive an OTP email?
Check spam/junk folders: Ensure the email hasn't been filtered.

When can I renew my subscription?
You will be able to renew your subscription three (3) months before expiry of current subscription. Do ensure that your wallet has sufficient balance of a minimum USDT 120 when renewing your subscription.
What can I do if I forgot to enter my Inviter's code during registration?
New users are encouraged to download 1TPlus APP and use the in-app camera to scan Inviter’s QR Code and proceed with registration. New users can also manually enter Inviter’s code while completing the registration form.
Inviter’s code MUST be included during registration and unfortunately, 1TPlus is unable to add Inviter's code after a new user successfully registers for an account.
Why is my BOT status "PAUSED" or "STOPPED"?
PAUSED – There is less than 1% of Trading Capital balance in your wallet. In your Dashboard, you will see that there is an exclamation mark icon in the “TOP UP WALLET” button under Wallet Balance. Users will have to top up to at least 3% of Trading Capital for deduction of Strategy Fee (only deducted for profitable trades). BOT will resume after users top up their wallet. For example: If your trading capital is USDT 1000, you will need to have at least USDT 30 in your wallet.
STOPPED – BOT error or when a user unbinds Exchange API. User will have to contact support@1t.plus to resolve the issue.
Will I be able to change my email address used during registration?
Users cannot change the email address used during registration. If you are unable to access your email account, please reach out to us at support@1t.plus for assistance.
What are the common issues after binding exchange API?
The following are two common issues a user may experience after binding Exchange API:
(i) Restricted Permissions: Please ensure that Enable Reading, Enable Futures and Enable Spot and Margin Trading are ENABLED in your exchange account (for example, your Binance account) for 1TPlus API.
(ii) BOT Error: Your 1TPlus account may be locked if BOT error occurs for more than 3 times. Please contact support@1t.plus to resolve the issue. After your account is unlocked, unbind the current Exchange API and bind again after the 12 hours cooling-off period.
